Kalypso Apergi

Kalypso Apergi, is the Coordinator of In–Service Training Programs of Entrepreneurship in Education and a Coordinator of In–Service Training Programs for School Leaders, serving the Cyprus Pedagogical Institute.

She holds a B.A in Performing Arts, an M.A in Educational Leadership and she is a Phd (c) in the Educational Administration and Evaluation, University of Cyprus. Her current work through her doctoral research refers in the use of the dynamic model of educational effectiveness to improve teaching practice.
She served as Educational Advisor in the Secondary Education at the Ministry of Education and Culture of Cyprus, a teacher Trainer in the Curriculum Development Unit in the Cyprus Pedagogical Institute and worked for the new Strategic Planning of Secondary Education. She has been the Coordinator of the committee for the redesigning of the music curriculum of the Cypriot schools and she is a co-author, proofreader and editor in the current edition (2012) of the Music text book for the 8th grade.

Kalypso Apergi is a member of the Supervisory Unit of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Cyprus for the Entrepreneurship in Education and represents the Ministry of Education and Culture in the European Entrepreneurship Education NETwork. She also represented C.P.I in the country-level working group for the National Policy Statement for the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem (2015), in the country-level working group for the Inclusive Entrepreneurship Policy and Programs (2018) and in the European level workshops and conferences of OECD and EC on Inclusive Entrepreneurship.
